Our Process

Regardless of the job, our process stays the same. While we recommend calling us to answer questions directly, our philosophy follows this simple order:

1. An Idea

All projects start with an idea, which always has a purpose. It could be needing more room for your growing family, or simply your home needs updating to maintain your equity. Whatever it may be, we start the process by making sure your wants and/or needs are known from the start.

2. Estimates

Before you pay an architect to draw up plans, make sure your ideas fall within your budget. It’s common for homeowners to pay an architect to draw plans before they find that the project is way over their budget. Which nobody wants.

3. Financing

Now that you know how much your project will cost, it’s time to get your financing in order. It’s always a good idea to stick with the lender that you have developed a good relationship with, but if you are not satisfied with their services, we’d be happy to recommend you a specialist to best fit your needs. As a suggestion, the amount of money that should be available to start your project should be 25% more than the estimates you have received. This amount will cover municipal fees, architectural fees, and potentially furnish your new living space. Or, you may not simply use it at all.

4. Design

With financing in order, this is where the fun begins. The idea behind this whole journey gets finely tuned to exactly match your vision. Together, we will review all options that are avaialbe with materials, styles, and trends. We are associated with several professional architects in the area and together we make the whole design process easy for you. 3D rendering is available upon request.

5. Build

Once all the prep work is complete, it’s now time to construct your dreams. Our skilled crews will swiftly make your visions come to life before your eyes so that you can enjoy your new home as soon as possible.

6. Follow-Up

We enjoy seeing how we’ve positively impacted the every day lives of our customers. As standard practice, we call back our customers four months after job completion to ensure that you are entirely happy with our work.
